SETH FINCH
Pastor, Head of Staff
Seth has been a pastoral leader at Covenant since 2008. He grew up in small churches as a double PK (Pastor's Kid), and has always seen the kind of relational ministry of the small church as what we should be striving for, even as a larger church, and that is the tone he tries to set at Covenant. Seth received his Master's of Divinity from McCormick Seminary and a Master's of Interfaith Action from Claremont Lincoln University. His extensive travels have led him to value different traditions, cultures, religions, and practices and as a result works a great deal to create connections between Covenant and other religious and community organizations across the city. At the core of his call to ministry is a sense that we are better working together--whether that be within the local church, the community, the larger church, or even beyond religious boundaries. One of the things that Seth appreciates the most about Covenant is that they are open to doing church differently, which allows him to use some creative and outside the box approaches to worship and ministry. Seth is married to Tiffany Lo-Finch, who is the Administrator for the Presbytery of Santa Fe, and their kids Grace and Rowan are part of the lively children's ministry at Covenant.

VANNA ORTIZ
Director of Spiritual and Pastoral Care
Children's Ministries Leader
After a 12-year career as an energy policy analyst, "Ms." Vanna changed her vocational path and began teaching children at Covenant Corner in 2004. Vanna has an MA in Public Policy from Rutgers and is a certified Spirtual Director, and trained in Early Childhood Education. She loves interacting with children and families at Covenant.
MARY HEIDEL

Youth Ministries Leader
Mary is an explorer, ready for the next road trip or camping adventure at any time. After over 10 years in youth ministry in Grace Presbytery in TX, she is enthusiastic about her involvement with the youth in her community, and loves being supportive in their growth and development. She is also a crafter, baker, wife, and mom to a son; Milo, and 2 fur babies; Pippin and Ciri.
ANNA SOHN
Youth Ministries Leader
A youth librarian by profession, Anna loves supporting teens through the highs and lows of this stage. Anna is also a pastor’s kid, Young Adult Volunteer Alum (Korea, ‘11-12), and all-around lifetime “church nerd.” Anna and her husband, an Albuquerque local, have a daughter named Gemma.
MUSIC MINISTRIES
JEFF JOLLY
Music Director
Jeff, an Emmy-award-winning composer, has been Director of Music at Covenant, and a middle and high school music instructor since September of 1981. He received his bachelor's degree in Classical Guitar Performance at the University of Southern California in 1978 and his Master of Music Education degree from the University of New Mexico in 1988. Jeff conducts Covenant's adult choir and composes many of the pieces they sing in worship, and the music for Covenant's past years' VBS curricula. Additionally, Jeff is a performer and composer in a variety of settings.
Jeff and his wife Diane have been members of Covenant since 1980, and both their children, Joshua and Rebecca, were born into this congregation and baptized here.

James is a handyman extraordinaire! Since he began at Covenant in 2012, the place has been looking mighty fine. James'Â work is filled with a spirit of thankfulness.
